A1: We can supply free samples but freight collect.

Q2: What should I provide to get an offer?

A2: Like nylon screws, customers should provide the head shape , thread diameter, thread length and quantities that you need.

Q3: How about the package of goods?

A3: Goods normally is packed by PE bag, carton boxes, for large quantities can be with wooden pallets.
According to different size and different specification is packed per 1000pcs, 500pcs, 200pcs or 100pcs in one PE bag .
Also from different coustomer’s requirement it can be customized.

Q4: What is the payment term?

A4: We opened the shop on alibaba, so some rush orders can become online order that go through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Also we accept all nromal payment by  T/T, paypal, L/C etc.

Q5: What is the delivery term?

A5: We can supply EXW, FOB, and CIF.

Q6: What is the lead time?

A7: we have large inventory, we can suppply prompt lead time.
Normally the order quantities within 10000pcs, we can send goods within 5-7 days.
For mass orders, they can be sent within 15 days.
For cusomized products, it needs to be consulted.
